Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- $5.99 flat rate on orders under $50
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Our products ship from partner warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or contact us with your order number and we’ll look it up.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, email us at bottleneckautomations@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we’ll try to update it before it ships.
Returns
30-day returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us at bottleneckautomations@gmail.com with your order number to get return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to return the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
